Each submission is stored with your name, email address, company name, phone number, message text, submission timestamp, and a hashed IP address. This data is retained to maintain a record of inbound communications and to prevent abuse.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to operate this service (for example, our email delivery provider receives your submission in order to send us the notification). We do not share information with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. If you wish to request deletion of your data, please contact us at the address listed in Section 10.
6. Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage to store your language preference (ng_lang), which is a functional setting that improves your experience and is not used for tracking. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Data at rest in Firestore is encrypted by Google's infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
